What is the shortname?

Every website using GraphComment has a shortname — your site's unique identifier (the value you paste into the integration code as graphcommentId). It identifies your site so your comments show on the right pages.

💡 "shortname" is the new name for what used to be called "public key" or "unique ID". It's the same value — only the name changed.
