unaccessible admin page due to graphcomment out of service
On December 10Th during your service down we registered increasing response time to our requests expecially on admin pages. For several minutes time was bigger than request timeout and as a consequence admin pages were not accessible at all.
To recover admin pages we have had to disable plugin via wp cli command with:
wp plugin deactivate graphcomment-comment-system
Can you update your plugin to handle "service down" and don't affect admin pages?
Do you have an official status page?

Hello, you seem to have a specific issue that caused this. We take the issue very seriously. We do not yet have all the information on the outage we suffered yesterday. We are doing tests to try to reproduce what happened to you. I keep you informed of the continuation.

It seems that for some users of the WordPress plugin who have activated the synchronization, had timouts which could have caused problems accessing the admin of their WordPress site. This is probably due to too high default settings for these base timeout values in WordPress. We have added shorter timeouts on our side in the plugin regarding the synchronization to overcome this problem. You can update your GraphComment plugin to the latest version 3.1.3 to guard against this issue in the future.
