Sync & backup, importation is not responding

I am using a elementor theme and I recently tried the graphComment plugin. I loved the plugin but it seems the Sync & backup, importation is bugged. May be due to the Wordpress 5.5 update. Please remove the bug. I am really looking forward to use this plugin.
