Is there a feature for my users to sign up and make their profile or post private from the public feed? So they choose what the public see when their profile is visit by other users ?

  Hello, this feature is not on the agenda for the moment. Comments are by definition a public space. We are going to launch a new product, GraphDebate which is more discussion forum oriented and will allow you to create private threads.
