Possible to change replies type?

The only negative comments I get about your plugin is the replies function and the way it adds the small bubble of each reply next to the previous one instead of nested replies underneath one another. Is this a possible future option that can be implemented where we could choose one way or the other? It's easy to overlook replies except for the latest one because that is the only one that is shown except for the small bubbles to the left of it that you have to know to click on.
